Client Service Associate
Multi-Billion-Dollar Independent Wealth Management Firm | Dallas, TX
Established and growing independent RIA serving ultra-high-net-worth clientele seeks a Client Service Associate to provide high-touch service and operational support to clients and advisors.

Serve as a primary contact for client onboarding, account openings, and money movements
Collaborate closely with senior advisors and partners in a collegial, high-performance team culture
Contribute to the smooth execution of client requests and special projects with initiative and precision
Support complex entities such as trusts, partnerships, and foundations
Compensation package ($85,000 - $110,000 base plus bonuses ranging from $5,000 - $15,000, and excellent benefits)
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in client service or operations within financial services, preferably in an RIA
Bachelor’s Degree and preferably Series 66 (or willingness to obtain)
Professional, energetic communicator with strong multitasking and follow-through skills
Detail-oriented team player with a client-first attitude and polished presentation
