Role Description The Senior Accountant will assist with the global consolidation of the Company’s financial statements, maintain and enhance the Company’s ERP (Oracle), work closely with the financial systems team on Oracle upgrades and new functionalities, and design reports for management and external reporting. The role also involves month‑end close duties, recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing fluctuations, managing ad‑hoc projects, integrating acquired businesses, and supporting monthly management financials and SEC filings.

Responsibilities

Assistance in implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Assistance with special projects within the department or cross‑functional teams.

Preparation of monthly journal entries and supporting schedules; review of monthly financial results.

Research technical accounting issues.

Work with external auditors and facilitate review of the close process, account reconciliations, and variance analyses.

Ensure timely monthly close and accurate monthly results.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited university or college.

Track record of commitment to prior employers.

3‑5 years of accounting experience working in a large international public company and/or Big 4 accounting firm.

Strong Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm preferred.

Licensed CPA or CPA candidate.

Strong project management, time management, and communication skills.

Consolidations and/or financial reporting experience.

Payroll accounting experience.

Familiarity with ASC 718.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP.

Ability to think critically and analyze data effectively.

Ability to work with financial systems design, structure, and reporting.

Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to complete projects.
