Brand Content Senior Specialist – Hybrid Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for impactful content and digital strategy? We’re looking for a Brand Content Senior Specialist to help elevate Oracle’s brand in the public sector market. In this high-visibility role, you’ll play a key part in shaping the voice and positioning of our GDI organization by developing standout marketing materials—including blogs, thought leadership articles, white papers, and more.

As a strategic partner, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and executive leaders to bring compelling narratives to life, engage our customers, and reinforce Oracle’s status as an industry leader. If you thrive on collaboration, design, and content innovation—let’s talk!

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site work (either in the office or at the client site) three days each week. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Reston, VA.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence (either in the office or at the client site) three days each week. Candidates must be within commuting distance of Reston, VA.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities

Create and deliver original content (blogs, white papers, slicks, thought leadership, and more) aligned with the GDI brand strategy

Champion a unified brand voice that sets Oracle’s GDI organization apart

Collaborate with marketing, PR, events, and executive teams to align messaging

Demonstrate impeccable writing, editing, and storytelling skills to craft high-impact materials

Utilize graphic design skills to enhance content with infographics and dynamic visuals

Optimize digital content with SEO best practices for maximum reach

Contribute research-driven insights to GDI’s thought leadership initiatives

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience creating high-caliber marketing materials and content

Exceptional writing, editing, and narrative-building abilities with strong attention to detail

Proven success collaborating with diverse teams, including marketing, PR, events, and executives

Experience in marketing and communications for Federal Government and Federal Civilian (Fed-Civ) clients

Proficiency with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

Understanding of SEO and digital content strategies

Demonstrated ability to develop thought leadership content for multiple audience types

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Oracle solutions or technology brand content

Familiarity with content performance tracking and analytics tools

Strong project management skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
