Job Description We are seeking an outside sales professional to serve as Territory Manager in Eastern Michigan, focusing on Detroit, Flint, and Saginaw. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will proactively prospect and cold‑call new customers, manage existing accounts, and drive revenue generation. Compensated with a base salary, uncapped commissions, company vehicle, laptop, smartphone, and expense account.

Responsibilities

Sell multi‑channel solutions, source, maintain, and grow sales within the territory.

Use prospecting and business development techniques to plan and manage the sales pipeline.

Build and maintain the territory playbook, leveraging CRM (Salesforce).

Understand customer needs and deliver customized solutions via presentations.

Negotiate and close deals in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Attend 4–6 auction sales (1–2 days each) within the region.

Travel overnight 5–7 days per month, plus 1–2 days prior to each auction sale.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

2–10 years of structured outside/field sales experience with a consistent track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Experience in the equipment industry or construction equipment is preferred.

Quota‑driven sales experience required; industry knowledge highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.

Competitive mindset with integrity.

Ability to work mainly from home and on the road.
