Associate Account Executive – Wichita, KS – Johnson & Johnson MedTech Johnson & Johnson MedTech is a leading global innovator in surgical solutions. We are seeking an energetic and customer‑focused Associate Account Executive to drive sales of our Ethicon product portfolio in the Wichita, KS market.

Key Responsibilities

Expand sales of Ethicon US, LLC products and convert competitive products in a manner that complies with company policy and sales direction.

Support the aligned area/region for all sales‑related activities, and work toward becoming a full‑time Account Executive.

Train and demonstrate proper use of our products to healthcare providers in operating room settings.

Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, and ethical manner that leads the customer to action.

Additional Job Responsibilities

Understand and demonstrate proper preparation and surgical use of all Ethicon products.

Manage customer product questions and objections using consistent sales‑training methodology.

Conduct sales presentations using current selling methods learned in sales training courses.

Provide case coverage and assist surgeons through strategic platforms and products in an operating room.

Comply with standards for safe behavior and demonstrate product, procedure, and clinical knowledge following Business Conduct Policy, HCC, and other J&J policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.

0–2 years of business experience.

Ability to travel as necessary (potentially overnight and/or weekend) and/or relocate to an assigned geography as needed.

Valid Driver’s License issued in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience.

Established business planning and forecasting experience.

Bachelor’s Degree with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or Business preferred.

Experience selling in a new or changed sales channel.

Strong desire to learn and grow professionally.

Excellence in process management and organizational agility.

Documentation of successful sales performance.

Ability to work in an operating room.
