Responsibilities
Review digital course content to determine enhancement needs; remediate documents, images, and videos to ensure they meet accessibility standards; meet with instructors to provide course mapping and determine timelines for remediation; provide assistance with course mapping and course site adjustment to meet Quality Matters metrics.
Provide information/training on Instructional Technology including the Canvas LMS, Kaltura/Annoto, CidiLabs, DesignPlus, Ally, Hypothesis and other tools used for instruction; provide updates and recommendations to Quality Matters Project Managers, ODL Faculty Development Unit and ODL Directors on course site progress and instructional technology needs.
Conduct research on various projects and perform other duties as assigned that support ODL initiatives and the mission of the department.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and two years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years).
