Summary
Jonti-Craft® is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping the visual identity of our brands and products across digital and print channels. This position is responsible for creating compelling, on‑brand designs that support marketing and sales initiatives, product launches, advertising campaigns, product catalogs, and web content.
Working collaboratively with the marketing, sales, and product development teams, the Graphic Designer serves as a creative bridge between concept and execution. This role transforms ideas into visual designs that communicate the value, quality, and craftmanship of Jonti‑Craft® products. The Graphic Designer ensures that every touchpoint reflects a cohesive and inspiring brand image.
Through consistent and thoughtful design, the Graphic Designer helps inspire educators, parents, and dealers to see how Jonti‑Craft's products enhance learning environments and enrich children's experiences. This position plays a vital part in maintaining Jonti‑Craft's reputation as a leader in educational furniture by visually reinforcing the company's core values.

Essential Functions
Design and produce visual assets for print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, social media & email campaigns, and other digital marketing campaigns.
Maintain Jonti-Craft's brand identity through consistent use of logos, color palettes, typography, and imagery.
Support product photography and photo editing to ensure accurate, appealing product presentation.
Create digital graphics for the Jonti-Craft® website, online retailers, and social media platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.
Prepare final files for print production and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and accuracy.
Stay current on design trends, marketing techniques, and emerging technologies to continually enhance Jonti-Craft's visual presence.
Additional Functions
Cross‑training on social media and email marketing.
Assist in setting up a functional photo studio.
Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest workflow improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills.
Photography and/or video editing experience is a plus but not required.
Working Conditions Our office environment is a typical office environment and does not substantially expose workers to adverse environmental conditions. The position may require occasional visits to the shop floor. Our production environment includes a variety of environmental elements including loud noise, dust and aromas. While this is an indoor operation, temperatures will vary with the outdoor temperature, and some areas of the shop may be hot or cold.
Physical Requirements Office positions are usually sedentary. The employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time. The noise level in the office is typically quiet to moderate. Occasional brief trips to the production floor may be required.
