Overview Join a team of creatives and support the development of digital multi-channel campaign work for a major food industry client. You will identify real human truths and find interesting ways to bring them to life for the brand. You will interpret feedback and master the craft of details, writing with a clear tone of voice aligned to brand goals. With the leadership of our Creative Director you will be entrusted to brainstorm, develop creative decks and art direction for 360 campaigns.
Responsibilities
Support larger creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creation
Assist in asset creation and delivers work they’re proud of
Has a strong strategic sense and can concept against a creative brief
Stay current on latest industry trends
Maintain high quality on creative deliverables.
Assist creative lead in research and presentation materials.
Present work internally and is occasionally introduces to present to the client.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio school
3 - 5 years art directing for an advertising or marketing agency
Exceptional portfolio that includes strong art direction and conceptual thinking.
Strong command of standard design and layout applications.
Strong awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape.

Compensation Range: $88k - $101k annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
