Operating from a 100,000 square foot design facility, we provide in-house services including Floral, Art Fabrication, Furniture, Graphics, Plantscapes, and Event Technology. With a focus on modern elegance and high‑concept glamour, we bring imaginative concepts to life, tailored to client visions. Located in the Greater Chicago Area, Kehoe Designs is renowned for crafting extraordinary, customized event experiences.
Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Event Producer role based in the Greater Chicago Area. The Event Producer will oversee the full lifecycle of event planning and execution, including managing event timelines, coordinating with design and production teams, and liaising with clients to ensure their vision is realized. Additional responsibilities include budget management, logistics coordination, and ensuring seamless project management to deliver high‑quality, memorable events.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management.
Excellent Project Management and Budgeting capabilities.
Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience in creative or luxury event production is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
