Research Associate I, Mammalian cell line banking We are seeking a highly motivated Research Associate I to support the centralized cell banking and distribution team for Research and Early Development at ***. Our mission is to expand, bank, perform QC, characterize, and distribute cell lines and advanced cell models, including organoids and iPSCs, for our research colleagues. The ideal candidate will have experience in culturing a variety of cell lines. In-depth experience with molecular and biochemical techniques is required. The candidate will frequently interact and communicate with other groups as part of a diverse and multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
BS/MS in life sciences
Hands‑on experience with mammalian cell culture for 2 years or more
Adept with PCR, biochemical assays, DNA & RNA extraction
Familiar with LIMS and proficient with database maintenance
Preferred experience Knowledge of iPSC & organoid propagation, cell engineering, FACS, IF staining, automation for liquid and cell handling is highly desirable.
