Responsibilities: Execute analytics projects, including data sourcing, cleansing, and documentation. Translate complex business and membership data into actionable dashboards and insights using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos. Utilize data processing platforms (e.g., Dataiku, Databricks) to manage and analyze large datasets from multiple sources. Develop process maps and document business requirements to support analytical initiatives. Apply analytical tools and languages (SQL, Python, R, SAS, or SPSS) for data manipulation and statistical analysis. Design and deliver data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques. Collaborate with developers to prototype and operationalize analytic applications. Present analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistent data management practices.
