Position Title: Data Analyst
Location: Frisco, TX (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week)
Employment Type: Full-Time, W2 Only (No sponsorship available)

Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills in SQL and data visualization tools and thrives on solving complex problems through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Design and build dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate data findings into actionable insights.
• Perform data validation, trend analysis, and performance tracking across various business areas.
• Identify data quality issues and propose improvements to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support ad hoc data requests and analysis projects to assist decision-making.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing and optimizing complex queries).
• Hands-on experience with Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
