Our client in the construction industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support staff, assisting the Texas Business Unit leader and contributing to the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a forward-thinking mindset, aligning successfully within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Downtown Houston, TX

Pay Range: $43.26 - $48.07/hour

Shift: In-office Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Duration: 30-60 days with the potential to be hired on permanently

What's the Job?

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Texas Business Unit leader and project teams.

• Assist with business development, presentation, and accounting support tasks.

• Prepare and submit financial, PowerPoint, operations, and business development reports.

• Coordinate project updates, community relations, and marketing information.

• Manage office logistics, including conference room control, supplies, and fleet activities.

What's Needed?

• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered.

• 3-5 years of office experience in a construction-related or similar field.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Experience with Concur is a plus

• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple priorities.
