Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer
- Performs administrative tasks including crafting communications, reports, spreadsheets, and other documents for the CEO
- Arranges domestic and international travel and accommodations for the CEO
- Schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the CEO, taking notes and recording minutes.
- Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews content, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by the CEO
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
- Tech savvy with knowledge and competencies utilizing AI tools
- Strong financial acumen
- Represents Vora in a highly professional manner
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of related experience required supporting C-Suite executives in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
