FROM THE MANAGER DIRECTLY: "Ideally, I'm looking for a candidate who has experience providing addiction-focused therapy, or who has provided therapy in a substance use treatment setting. I know it's somewhat specific, but as an inpatient and outpatient chemical dependency treatment facility, that's specifically the type of therapy that the candidate will be doing here.
So my hope is to be able to train them on the specific workflows of our programs, but not to have to train them on how to provide addiction-focused therapy, if that makes sense."
