This key role is essential in ensuring the fiscal integrity, operational excellence, and long-term financial sustainability of our institution, aligned with our Christian mission and values. The CFO will work closely with the President, Senior Leadership Team, and Board of Trustees to enhance the financial health of the University while promoting academic excellence, student success, and institutional stewardship. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with a preference for an MBA or advanced degree. A minimum of five years of progressive financial leadership experience, particularly within higher education or a comparable nonprofit organization, is required. The successful candidate must demonstrate a proven track record in strategic financial planning, complex budgeting, and organizational management, and be well-versed in nonprofit accounting standards, ERP systems, and higher education regulatory compliance. Essential skills include outstanding analytical, communication, and interpersonal abilities, along with a collaborative and mission-driven leadership style.
