Title And Summary We are looking for a Senior Managing Consultant (Director level) to drive growth of our value‑added services within the Digital Partnerships Services team for our large strategic Global Digital Accounts and B2B FinTech. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of selling to senior executives, navigating matrixed organizations, end‑to‑end sales processes, and utilizing solution‑based selling to drive clear value for customers.
Role
Responsible for business development and ongoing account ownership for Services within the Digital Partnerships segment (focus on B2B FinTech and Global Digital Accounts) with direct revenue, account ownership and sales responsibilities.
Refine the value proposition of new and existing Services capabilities to meet the needs of global digital platform executives.
Serve as the face of Mastercard Services to senior level client stakeholders, including C‑Suite Executives.
Coordinate within Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product teams across Services business lines and value propositions, focused on the defined client vertical.
Set the commercial agenda for the assigned territory.
Partner with the Mastercard Core Digital Partnerships team to develop a plan to support strategic imperatives for target accounts.
Work closely with Client Services teams for an effective joint go‑to‑market and to ensure best‑in‑class value delivery.
All About You
Significant global account sales experience, preferably SaaS, data & analytics, and/or B2B.
Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets and quotas at enterprise level.
Experience in consultative sales across data products, software platforms, and/or analytic services.
Entrepreneurial and hunting mindset.
Ability to own and drive end‑to‑end sales from initial prospecting through signed contract.
Experience navigating a complex matrix organization internally and externally.
Experience selling a suite of products.
Strong commercial drive with ability to build and monetize senior client relationships based on thought leadership, empathy, and subject matter expertise.
Collaborative attitude with understanding of how to win as a team.
Strong networking skills across relevant stakeholder base with the ability to listen, build common ground and influence to effectively advance business opportunities and generate results.
National Salary Range
(Applies Regardless of Location): $164,000 - $262,000

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
