Base pay range $106,172.00/yr - $184,155.00/yr

Job Description The position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose, and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration, and deployment of the overall solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building, and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education.

At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Location: Foster City, CA. The role may require travel to project/client location.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 8 years of SAP EWM experience, with at least 2 full‑cycle implementations in healthcare or life sciences.

Deep understanding of warehouse operations in regulated environments.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA embedded EWM and decentralized EWM.

Strong knowledge of batch management, shelf‑life expiration, and hazardous materials handling.

Familiarity with SAP ATTP, SAP GBT, and integration with MES systems.

Excellent communication and documentation skills, especially for validation and audit purposes.

High analytical skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Architect and implement SAP EWM solutions tailored to healthcare and life sciences supply chains.

Design warehouse processes that support temperature‑sensitive goods, batch management, and lot traceability.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GAMP 5, DSCSA).

Integrate EWM with SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals), SAP QM, and SAP TM.

Lead blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment of EWM functionalities.

Collaborate with quality, compliance, and IT security teams to ensure validated system delivery.

Support serialization, UDI (Unique Device Identification), and cold chain logistics processes.

Provide guidance on best practices for warehouse automation and robotics integration.

Work Environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Must be able to communicate by telephone, email, or in person. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
