We’re currently adding several

Customer Support Specialist

to our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, helping to answer questions, resolve concerns, and ensure a smooth experience from start to finish. Responsibilities: Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly attitude with customers

Respond promptly to inquiries through phone, email, or chat

Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to answer questions accurately

Process orders, forms, and applications in an organized manner

Keep detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions

Collaborate with colleagues to solve problems and improve service processes

Share feedback and ideas to enhance the customer experience

Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent

Prior customer service experience preferred

Proficient in computer use and data entry

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
