Location: Auburn, WA Pay Range: $26 Schedule: Full-Time | Rotating Weekends Reports to: Director of Transportation Clinic: We Care Daily Clinic (WCDC) Join a mission that matters. What you'll do as our dispatcher: Receive, relay, and/or transmit dispatch for transportation in the most accurate, efficient, and timely manner Maintain a detailed log of all radio transmissions, telephone calls, and key communications Track driver status and vehicle location using dispatch systems Communicate directly with drivers via radio or phone, including emergency response coordination Anticipate and respond to route disruptions caused by weather, traffic, or emergencies Monitor daily logs and cameras for compliance, safety, and documentation errors Keep reports from drivers up to date, organized, and ready for supervisor review Ensure adherence to working hour regulations, safety protocols, and reporting guidelines Maintain confidentiality around patient and building security information Stay ready to support coverage gaps in routes or driver schedules Prepare required reports and documentation in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Be available for weekends or extended hours on rotation Perform other related duties as assigned What makes you a perfect fit: You stay calm and focused under pressure You're a communication powerhouse Multitasking comes naturally to you You're tech-savvy and experienced with dispatch or radio systems You bring a member-first, solutions-focused mindset to everything you do Requirements: High school diploma or GED One year of customer service experience One year or more experience as a dispatcher, NEMT dispatch experience preferred Able to type 40 WPM and pass a computerized skills test Experience using radio/communication equipment and dispatch systems preferred Familiarity with local geography is a plus Must pass a background check & applicable testing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Able to work weekdays, weekends, and rotating shift Why WCDC?
