The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and revenue targets. This role involves direct management of a team of enterprise sellers, strategic planning for key accounts, and driving the sales of solutions within the intelligent agreement management platform suite. The RVP will also be tasked with owning the regional sales forecast, monitoring the health of the pipeline, and ensuring forecast accuracy. A key aspect of the position is to build and lead a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentorship, and fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Applicants for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 12 years of sales team management experience, with a focus on software sales, and at least 5 years in a quota-carrying role. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and coaching sales teams, experience in various industries, and a strong portfolio of C-level contacts. The ideal candidate will have a player-coach mentality, strong emotional intelligence, and exceptional communication skills. A consultative, value-led sales approach, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise buying processes are essential.
