The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing a scalable customer success strategy, owning the end-to-end customer journey, and driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in customer success, sales, or account management, particularly in the SaaS or EdTech sectors. The SVP will be tasked with building and leading a high-performing global success team, fostering a customer-first culture, and developing proactive programs to reduce churn and increase customer satisfaction. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Customer Success Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 10 years of experience in a relevant leadership role. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of K-12 district buying cycles, proven experience in driving customer retention at the enterprise level, and excellent analytical, communication, and executive relationship skills.
