You’ll Be Responsible For: Maintaining a professional and friendly tone with every customer interaction
Responding promptly to inquiries via multiple channels
Accurately processing orders, forms, and requests
Keeping detailed records of customer activity and feedback
Working closely with coworkers to streamline service delivery
Suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience
You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED
Experience working in a customer support role
Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
