Director of Operations
to lead manufacturing operations in our Santa Fe Springs facility. This 4-month contract role is ideal for a senior operations leader with a strong background in production oversight, team leadership, and process optimization within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: ?? Oversee all aspects of plant operations including production, logistics, inventory, and quality control ?? Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and ensure operational excellence ?? Analyze KPIs and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and reduce costs ?? Manage vendor relationships, supply chain coordination, and procurement activities ?? Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies ?? Collaborate with executive leadership to align operations with strategic objectives ?? Support reporting, documentation, and project execution across departments Qualifications: ? 8+ years of operations leadership experience in a manufacturing setting ? Proven success in managing plant operations, teams, and cross-departmental initiatives ? Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite ? Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills ? Ability to work on-site and adapt quickly to dynamic production needs Benefit offerings:
