CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (DALLAS, TX) APMC is seeking an experienced finance leader to guide the companys finance, accounting, and capital strategy during a crucial period of growth. Reporting directly to the President & Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer (the CFO) will be a vital member of the executive and senior leadership team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of finance and accounting to meet the needs of APMC as it evolves and scales. In this role, the CFO will continue to evolve and implement consistent financial practices across the organization, whilst proactively advise the executive team and APMC on ways to enhance company performance and create enterprise value. Dallas, TX (hybrid - in office 2-3 days of the week) About You The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking, strategic finance leader with deep expertise in media and technology, specifically in digital advertising, streaming, and direct-to-consumer sports in high-growth environments. They will integrate seamlessly with a highly motivated, responsive, fast-paced, results-driven executive team that brings diverse experience and training. At a critical growth inflection point for the organization, the CFO will strategically help scale the business, lead the capital-raising efforts, and ensure financial discipline as the company scales. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the companys strategic objectives by developing and executing financial strategies that support rapid growth and long-term value creation. A core responsibility will be sourcing, evaluating, and hiring investment banks and/or financial advisors to lead capital raise efforts and funding rounds. The CFO will manage investor relationships and ensure that the company is capitalized effectively to meet strategic goals. Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to: Provide strong leadership by supporting and contributing to the vision of the business with the President & CEO and executive team; serve as a strategic advisor to the President & CEO, executive team, Board, and investors on financial matters, including burn rate, runway, and valuation. Take a leadership role in all capital-raising initiatives, including equity and debt financing. Build and maintain strong relationships with bankers, analysts, and other key members of the investment community; Identify, evaluate, and hire investment bankers, placement agents, or advisors to support the fundraising process. Perform due diligence, structuring, financing, negotiating, and closing all financing agreements and strategic deals. Develop and lead capital strategy to support long-term growth, including debt and equity planning; while transactions such as strategic partnerships, private equity investment, or IPO may be explored in the future, they are not the immediate focus. Prepare investor presentations and represent the company in capital markets discussions. Work closely and interface with the Board and investors on key strategic decisions; Lead the preparation of analysis and materials for board, investor, and finance committee meetings. Stay informed of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and economic factors that may impact the companys financial strategy or performance. Provide the executive team with insights and strategic recommendations to stay ahead of industry shifts. Financial Planning, Reporting & Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations, including forecasting, accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and planning, tax, treasury, information systems, and asset and risk management. Ensure the integrity, preparation, review, analysis, and timely submission of all financial reports for management and financial partners, including forecasts, profit and loss statements, cash flow statements, and asset valuations. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of accounting and financial planning processes, including annual budgets, cash flow, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Develop business metrics, dashboards, and reporting that provide insightful information regarding historical performance; Forecast and facilitate evaluation of the existing business and new initiatives. Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers impacting financial performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to evaluate business performance and monitor progress against financial objectives. Partner with the Executive Compensation Committee to develop, evaluate, and implement compensation structures that align with company performance, market benchmarks, and long-term strategic goals. Compliance & Process Improvement

Ensure that proper accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls are in place to safeguard the company's assets and ensure that all financial transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP. Maintain responsibility for cash management and strategic planning for all company operating areas, including reimbursement, international cash recovery, complex analysis, tax structuring, and compliance. Lead the development and implementation of billing, audit, and financial planning processes. Participate in the audit committee meetings and manage the timely production of materials to be reviewed. Approve and coordinate improvements in financial and management information systems. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance the efficiency of finance and reporting. Position Requirements & Experience

Minimum of (10+) executive-level finance experience in a high-growth, scaling organization. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred. Experience at a high-growth startup; strong preference for experience leading multiple funding rounds. Deep understanding of venture financing and capital markets. Proven success in fundraising, M&A, and working with private equity investors. Experience hiring and managing investment bankers and negotiating deal terms. Strong command of financial modeling, fundraising mechanics, and investor communication Business partner who can provide strategic and tactical financial guidance. Able to concisely explain to internal and external constituents a coherent story regarding what is materializing at the company and how it impacts historical and future performance.
