The successful candidate will be tasked with leading revenue growth within the existing customer base, with a focus on renewals, upsell, and cross-sell. This strategic role requires a results-oriented leader who can own the P&L and performance, drive KPIs related to retention and lifetime value, and develop and execute customer lifecycle strategies tailored to mid-market and SMB clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the B2B SaaS industry, with a proven track record of scaling post-sale revenue teams in both subscription-based and transactional sales environments. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Customer Growth and Retention include team management, sales model expertise, retention and expansion strategy, data-driven management, and cross-functional alignment. The role demands a leader with strong knowledge of the data and digital space, deep expertise in mid-market and SMB customer segments, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities across the customer base. The candidate should be highly analytical, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, and be comfortable working in a remote-first environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA being a plus, and a minimum of 10 years of B2B revenue leadership experience, including at least 5 years of managing sales managers.
