This position is being recruited under 10 USC 1599f into the Cyber Excepted Service and does NOT convey eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. It has been identified as a position necessary to carry out and support the mission of the US Cyber Command. It is in the Professional Work Category at the Expert Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. It is located in the DISA PRODUCT DEVELOP & MGMT OFFICE. Duties Serves as a senior technical authority and lead specialist with responsibility to ensure effective, economical, and advanced technical management of enterprise cloud computing requirements. Ensures compliance with all statutes, regulations, national and DOD policies and standards and promotes interoperability, integration, systems compatibility and connectivity. Provides expert professional, technical advice, guidance, and assistance to a wide range of personnel, organizations, and components engaged in cloud adoption security plans, programs, designs, developments, acquisitions, and procedures. Engages with stakeholders to understand mission needs and support or guide successful use of resources and services. Encounters frequent issues associated with conflicting requirements, poorly defined problems. Requirements Must be a U.S. Citizen. Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service. This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination. May be subject to initial and random drug testing for this position, if applicable. This position must obtain a TOP SECRET/SCI secret clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain access to classified information and eligibility to have the appropriate security clearance as a condition of employment. Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, Executive Branch Personnel Confidential Financial Disclosure Report upon entering the position and annually. #J-18808-Ljbffr
