Sr. Manager, Technology and Ecosystem Sourcing ! This role is a strategic position that assesses business needs, financials, and the supplier market to determine the best options and sources of supply for the organization. The individual must work with senior leadership to drive changes in managing third-party spend and supplier relationships. You will interact with key business leaders to balance cost, risk, and speed to meet business objectives. Role Responsibilities Lead a team of sourcing professionals in category management, sourcing activities, and contracting related to Technology and Payments spend categories. Develop sourcing competencies such as relationship management, strategic sourcing, negotiations, category planning, analytics, project management, and communication. Mentor and develop sourcing and procurement talent through succession planning and training. Sourcing Strategy and Spend Management Develop sourcing and negotiation strategies that align with company priorities, translating business needs into procurement plans. Execute market events and negotiations to reduce costs while increasing quality and resilience. Manage the project pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and validate outcomes and savings. Provide updates to senior leadership on sourcing activities, savings, and vendor performance. Manage the contract lifecycle, including negotiations, renewals, and compliance documentation. Relationship Management Partner with departments to understand requirements and align sourcing strategies. Communicate effectively with all organizational levels and suppliers. Build influence and negotiate with suppliers and business leaders. Embed sourcing as a trusted advisor within the business. Role Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, IT, Communications, or related field (preferred). Professional certifications (e.g., CPSM, PMP, CIPS) are a plus. Seven+ years in strategic sourcing or category management, with at least five years in a technology-focused role and three years leading teams. Leadership experience in a cross-cultural, global environment. Proven skills in contract negotiations, vendor management, and cost optimization in tech. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience with large-scale, complex global sourcing activities. Deep understanding of technology products, services, and market trends. Ability to maintain a procurement fact-base and financial models for planning. Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure and meet deadlines.
