Senior Product Manager, Tech, Sponsored Search About the Team
As part of the
Sponsored Search Ads Product team , you will build industry-defining
ad platforms at scale that enable Walmart suppliers and sellers to reach shoppers
with relevant ads and high-performing campaigns, enhancing the shopping journey for customers. If you are motivated by

to reimagine how advertisers create, optimize, and report on their campaigns, achieving optimal performance aligned with marketing objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in
defining the vision
for Sponsored Search Ads,
developing the roadmap , and
leading 0-to-1 product launches
in collaboration with cross-functional teams including Engineering, UX Design, Product Analytics, Product Marketing, Research, Marketplace, and others. They will craft elegant product solutions to address advertiser pain points and anticipate future needs across campaign management, reporting, and optimization. Digital or Retail Media Advertising (Paid Search, Sponsored Products)
or in
building GenAI products . You’re excited about
solving complex, ambiguous, open-ended challenges . You’re
comfortable influencing others without authority , managing cross-functional stakeholders, gaining leadership buy-in, and communicating clearly. You
balance business and customer needs
to craft strategies that increase demand and impact. You are
resourceful, disciplined in execution , with a can-do attitude. You enjoy
analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
and using metrics to improve product performance. You have a
test-and-learn
mentality and work in an
agile
environment. You’ll make an impact by: Developing the
vision, strategy, and roadmap
for your products, leveraging domain expertise, user research, and analytics. Providing
thought leadership
to develop solutions addressing top advertiser needs. Rallying
cross-functional stakeholders
behind your vision, influencing without authority, and ensuring commitment. Driving the
product lifecycle
from ideation to post-launch optimization. Leading discussions with Engineering, UX Design, Analytics, Research, and Marketing teams. Maintaining
fluid communication
with leadership and stakeholders, tailoring your message. Being
nimble and pragmatic , updating plans as priorities shift. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. 1+ years of experience in Ad-Tech or Mar-Tech, focusing on Performance Marketing, Sponsored Products, or GenAI products. 3+ years of experience in Product Management, including end-to-end product delivery, from ideation to post-launch. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, Analytics, and Marketing. Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership. Ability to develop product strategy and translate it into a prioritized roadmap. Sound business acumen and ability to handle complex, ambiguous problems. Proven project management skills and operational thinking. Preferred Qualifications PM experience with a major AdTech company. Experience building customer-facing GenAI solutions. Management consulting background with tier-1 firms.
