focussing on
e2e transformation advisory
for our customers. You’ll partner with Tier 1 manufacturing customers to design future-state processes, aligning them with Blue Yonder (BY) solutions.
You will lead a team of consultants
who would drive transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, profitability, and innovation for our customers. This role requires a strong foundation in
manufacturing planning processes and insights , as well as experience of
managing high performing teams . You will bring value to Blue Yonder customers by ensuring alignment between the customer’s processes, people and BY solutions. What
you’ll do Act as a
trusted advisor and industry expert , advising clients on best practices in supply chain and manufacturing. Champion thought leadership
through industry insights, presentations, and events. Define transformation roadmaps
and drive software adoption. Build lasting relationships with
C-level executives , guiding them through complex change programs. Drive
Organizational Change Management
initiatives for customers. Lead a team of experienced consultants
who would drive supply chain transformation initiatives for our customers. Drive practice management initiatives
to build team expertise and experience and foster
‘one-team’ culture. Collaborate
with various stakeholders including BY Senior Architects, customer/partner consultants, Change Team, BY Sales team, BY Cloud and Product Teams to ensure the intended business objectives and value can be realized. What
we are looking for 18+ years
in supply chain consulting or leadership, with Tier 1 manufacturing experience across multiple industries. Deep knowledge of
end-to-end manufacturing supply chains
and industry trends Proven success in
process design, change management, and supply chain solution deployment . Exceptional
facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills . Strong problem-solving capabilities Experience
managing teams Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related fields preferred; Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience considered You are A
leader
with executive presence. Collaborative, proactive, and outcome driven . Skilled at navigating complexity and managing diverse internal and external stakeholders. Open to embracing new technologies including usage of AI/ML to solve customer problems. *LI-AD1 #LI-remote ------------------------------------------- The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $190,000 USD. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
