Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant to join their team. You will be part of the IAM Tools Engineering team supporting the development of AI-enabled applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, business analyst and product owner experience, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Charlotte,NC | Chandler,AZ | Minneapolis,MN | Dallas,TX - Hybrid What's the Job? Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating/upgrading technologies.
Collaborate with leaders, stakeholders, and scrum teams to ensure success against stated objectives, ensuring the team is building the right solutions for end users.
Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for AI-enabled applications, particularly those involving identity lifecycle management and access governance.
Partner with Product Owners, UX Designers, and Engineering teams to create user journey maps, process flows, wireframes, and feature documentation that reflect User-Centered Design best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story refinement.
What's Needed? 5+ years of practical Agile experience (e.g., Product Owner, Business Analyst, Developer on a scrum team).
5+ years of experience as a practicing Technical Analyst.
Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA, governance workflows.
Experience in Agile environments with working knowledge of tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in User-Centered Design methodologies and developing user journey maps, personas, and task flows.
