We are seeking an Obstetrician/Gynecologist for a 40-week locum tenens assignment in California, beginning Oct 3, 2025. This role requires managing high-risk deliveries and C-sections, with weekend call coverage primarily from 8am to 8am. The successful candidate will be the sole Obstetrician on-site, supported by a certified midwife.

Responsibilities and Duties Manage all aspects of patient care for obstetrics, including high-risk deliveries and C-sections. Provide on-call support as the sole obstetrician during assigned shifts. Work collaboratively with midwives and other healthcare staff. Ensure comprehensive patient documentation using the Cerner EMR system.
Additional Information Required Board Certifications: Obstetrics and Gynecology Must be licensed in CA Other Required Certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Ideal candidates will have significant rural health experience and comfort with being the only OB available on-site.
