BJC has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant. The role will develop ongoing relationships and partnerships with BJC workforce and works collaboratively with System and entity leadership to support the System strategic priorities, business drivers and goals.
This is a hybrid position and does require being on-site weekly.
Candidate must be located in the St. Louis area.

Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Responsible for providing comprehensive consulting services to advance learning and organizational development needs. This includes assessing business needs, designing, developing, and delivering educational and organizational solutions, and evaluating their impact at individual, team, and organizational levels. Responsibilities Manage multiple consulting engagements and projects, ensuring successful, coordinated implementation within timelines. Partner with stakeholders and colleagues throughout the consultation process to ensure solutions meet business objectives and are sustainable. Assess learning and organizational needs by analyzing gaps between current and desired states. Design solutions with measurement processes to effectively address gaps, aiming for system-wide applicability. Facilitate core curriculum programs, updating materials as needed to meet business requirements. Minimum Requirements
