Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. Experience with budget management and financial analysis. Familiarity with restaurant management software.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to build a strong team. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and sales. Monitor inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Analyze financial reports and metrics to drive profitability and operational efficiency.
