Document Review / E-Discovery Attorney

in support of a Federal Law Enforcement Client located in

Arlington, VA

in the Office of Chief Counsel. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following: Position Responsibilities: Experience working with Relativity

Experience with Keyword searches

Experience with eDiscovery

Experience with redaction

Privileged log review

Review materials and propose redactions from expert reports, testimony, etc.

Research, interpret and analyze data to ensure it accurately reflects the policies of the organization/agency.

Create spreadsheets of analyzed data for relevant terms and information to be distributed and presented to Chief Counsel

Participate in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administrative, business analysts, technical personnel, and other federal agency officials.

Work independently to review and prepare documents addressing unconventional issues and/or problems affecting the program; work to identify trends and areas for improvements in procedures.

Position Requirements: Juris Doctorate, with 10 years of direct experience preferred

Federal regulation and policy experience

Strong writing, analytical, and research skills

Able to work as part of a team and independently with minimal direction

Strong computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook), technology systems, and communication tools

Strong oral, written and interpersonal skills; excellent proofreading skills

Professional demeanor

Abilities and Skills: Strong organizational skills.

Intermediate to advanced skills in manipulating data in Excel preferred.

Ability to multi-task; detail oriented; be observant and anticipate operational needs

Excellent problem solver and able to handle difficult situations

Knowledge of a wide range of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct related research and assessment projects.

Skill in oral and written communication to effectively establish and maintain contacts, relationships, and partnerships.

Interact, coordinate, collaborate, and network with agencies and organizations.

Disseminate information; respond to inquiries and initiatives.

Clearly and respectfully provide information, education, and training.

Public Trust Applicants selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility and suitability requirements.

Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.

Successful Pass of Bennett Aerospace Background Investigation, Drug Screening and Credit Check.
