$62,400.00/yr - $95,680.00/yr To provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to adult military patients (age approximately 18 and up) and their families. To serve as a member of an interdisciplinary team supporting the organization's treatment program and philosophy, ensuring the delivery of quality treatment to adult military patients and their families. To act as a liaison between the facility, military providers, and various commands. Pay Range: $30/hr. to $46/hr Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Essential Functions: Conduct psychological assessments to document history and identify treatment focus issues by interviewing patients and their families. Provide group and family process-oriented therapies, and conduct educational and didactic groups for patients and families using various treatment modalities. Develop and coordinate individualized discharge plans, utilizing treatment team and chart information to determine aftercare needs. Identify and assess family or community resources such as group homes or mental health practitioners. Attend regular treatment team meetings to provide case management perspectives, review progress notes, and communicate legal requirements to the team. Report to community/state agencies any patient issues required and represent the facility in legal proceedings. Provide backup services for assessment and referral calls. Comply with facility safety, infection control, and security protocols. Support customer service standards for internal and external clients. Establish contacts with potential referral sources. Participate in orientation programs to stay updated on services, changes, and developments. Maintain documentation related to development activities. Assist supervisor in marketing activities. Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work or a related discipline accredited by the Board of Behavioral Sciences. Knowledge of adult psychological disorders and principles of abnormal psychology. BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification for Healthcare Providers following American Heart Association guidelines.
