Summary: Reality Labs (RL) at Meta is a pioneer in the development and manufacturing of innovative Virtual and Augmented Reality products and related Accessories. We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planning Specialist to join our team. The Supply Planning Specialist will play a critical role in driving business success through complex problem-solving and a passion for delivering results. The Supply Planning Specialist will act as the single point of contact for long-term supply plans for all categories and global supply availability for designated product(s) in their portfolio. The long-term supply plans are essential for driving strategic planning decisions that span the entire Supply Chain. Additionally, the position involves data modeling, simulations, supporting cross-functional initiatives and collaborating on systems development initiatives. Required Skills: Supply Planning Specialist, Reality Labs Responsibilities: Develop and publish 5-year supply plans to key stakeholders, including Global Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations, and others, on a monthly basis. Collaborate with Supply Planners to develop these strategic plans, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with business objectives

Act as the primary point of contact for Global Supply Planning and product availability for designated products throughout their entire lifecycle, from launch to EOL

Engage in the monthly S&OP activities for assigned products providing recommendations for finished goods, materials, and capacity plans

Engage in the weekly S&OE process for assigned products providing information to cross-functional teams to support supply and demand planning objectives

Understands multi-channel demand signals for the products in the assigned portfolios and provides actionable recommendations to respond/adjust trends (e-commerce, retail, enterprise, non-revenue)

Creates and manages weekly build plans/ex-factory requests for assigned products, ensuring alignment with demand requirements. This includes overseeing ship mode management, generating POs, and coordinating shipment commitments to meet business needs

Identification and resolution of supply issues, including assisting in sourcing materials, communication, escalation, and coordination of resolution

Collaborate with Supply Planners to provide accurate and relevant data inputs for Global Warehouse Capacity Planning,

Partner with NPI Operations and Manufacturing Operations to model capacity scenarios and build plans for NPIs to come up with Capacity recommendations for finished goods

Create and optimize advanced data models that deliver valuable insights, empowering data-driven decision-making and driving business strategy forward

Collaborate on cross-functional projects and partner with Supply Planners and the Business Enablement team to design, develop, and implement new features and enhancements within the Supply Planning system

Accountable for supply chain key performance indicators (KPI) associated with the assigned product portfolio

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Supply Planning roles or relevant experience

Experience in scenario modeling, experience building data models with large data sets

Experience working on ERP systems (specifically related to Supply Planning, Order Management, Allocations, and Fulfillment)

Experience with Excel and PowerPoint

Experience retrieving insights/reports from data portals (Tableau, Business Intelligence hubs)

Experience presenting/influencing management in S&OP and other strategic discussions

Experience driving decision making through fact-based analysis and rationale

Experience prioritizing and multi-tasking

BS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with Supply Planning Systems for generating multi-site build plans considering capacity, material availability, ship-mode strategy, etc

Experience with global manufacturing and CM management

Experience developing solutions for supply chain systems and automation

MS in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related field

Certification in supply chain/materials management (e.g., APICS)

Public Compensation: $113,000/year to $165,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits Industry:
