This role requires expertise in managing a substantial caseload and proficiency in all trial process aspects, including drafting legal documents and guiding cases to resolution. Duties

Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, notices, and discovery requests. Conduct client meetings to develop custom estate planning and elder law strategies. Draft and review estate planning documents such as trusts, wills, and powers of attorney. Handle estate administration and probate matters efficiently. Advocate for seniors and families in long-term care and Medicaid planning. Represent clients in probate court and elder law cases. Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants, maintaining oversight. Stay updated on Massachusetts estate planning, probate, and elder law changes. Requirements

5 years of experience as a senior associate in the legal field. 7+ years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, probate, and elder law. Strong case management skills and ability to navigate Massachusetts probate and elder law processes. Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle complex cases independently and collaborate with a legal team. Active member in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar. Experience advocating in probate hearings, elder law disputes, and Medicaid planning cases. Education

Bachelor's degree and a law degree from an accredited law school. Certifications

Admitted to local and state bar associations. Skills
