As a Power BI Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering elegant, insight-rich reporting solutions that empower enterprise decision-makers.
We are seeking a
Power BI Architect
with deep experience across
data visualization, cloud platforms, and modern data orchestration
to join a strategic enterprise transformation project. The ideal candidate is both a
technical leader and visualization expert , with proven hands-on experience in
Power BI ,
GCP , and tools like
dbt ,
Airflow , and
Python . This role requires a
strong design mindset ,
expert-level SQL , and the ability to work seamlessly across engineering and business stakeholders. Candidates with
Power BI certifications
and
exposure to low-code platforms
(e.g., Power Apps, AppSheet) will stand out. Key Responsibilities
Architect and deliver
scalable Power BI solutions
with rich, intuitive visual experiences
Lead
dashboard and report design
focusing on usability, storytelling, and insight generation
Build semantic models, shared datasets, and optimized dataflows for reusability
Work with
BigQuery
and GCP services to source and transform large-scale datasets
Write and optimize
advanced SQL
to support analytical workloads
Develop transformation pipelines using
dbt
and orchestrate workflows with
Airflow
Automate and extend data workflows using
Python
for ETL tasks and API interactions
Integrate Power BI with
low-code solutions
such as
Power Apps
or
AppSheet
when needed
Guide clients on governance, scalability, security, and lifecycle management of BI assets
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years in analytics, with 3+ years in
Power BI architecture and dashboarding
Deep visualization design
skills and a strong portfolio of polished Power BI reports
Expert-level
SQL —able to write complex, optimized queries across cloud data warehouses
Experience working in
Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , especially
BigQuery
and IAM
Proficient in
Python
for scripting and data workflow automation
Experience using
dbt
and
Airflow
in a production data environment
Familiarity or hands-on work with
low-code platforms
(e.g., Power Apps, AppSheet, or similar)
Prior consulting experience or ability to lead client-facing engagements
Preferred/Bonus
Power BI certifications
(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
Familiarity with Fivetran, Stitch, or cloud-native data ingestion tools
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for BI asset deployment
GCP certifications (e.g., Professional Data Engineer or Cloud Architect)
