Every individual plays a vital role in our mission. Position Overview: Assist the Program Director with daily operations in line with CHL standards, policies, and procedures. Supervise program staff in a culturally competent manner and ensure staff maintain required competencies. Oversee behavioral treatment planning for mental health and substance abuse within the milieu. Communicate effectively with consumers, peers, and other professionals, respecting cultural, racial, and socio-economic backgrounds. Manage program operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with DPH regulatory requirements. About the Family Support and Stabilization team: We provide strength-based services to families, children, and youth under 21 with significant behavioral health needs, identified by the Department of Children and Families. Services include clinical support, family and youth support, and parenting classes. Major Responsibilities: Ensure clinical services comply with agency policies and procedures. Manage staff recruitment, hiring, and documentation. Coordinate staff orientation and training per CHL and accreditation standards. Set staffing schedules, approve time and leave, and conduct performance reviews. Provide clinical supervision to staff and crisis support teams. Oversee specialty services or grant operations as assigned. Qualifications: Master's Degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field. Licensed or license-eligible LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or Psychologist. Valid US driver's license and access to insured vehicle for work. Ability to pass a CORI background check.
