Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Key West, FL for a Chief Engineer. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of hotel facilities, ensuring the safety and efficiency of all building operations. Key tasks include managing the engineering team, conducting regular inspections, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The Chief Engineer will also ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Qualifications Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical system maintenance Skills in managing and leading an engineering team Proficiency in conducting facility inspections and coordinating repairs Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is a plus Seniority level
