This position provides strategic analysis, research, exercise development, staffing, and program management support for the Naval Treaty Implementation Program (NTIP). The work will be located at the Washington Naval Yard, Washington D.C. Job Description

Support NTIP as a Compliance Assessment Program and Chemical Weapons Convention Analyst for arms control treaties and agreements. Provide program support for interagency issue analysis and resolution. Conduct technical analysis, studies, research, documentation, and meeting support. Collect treaty-required data, create reports, and coordinate white papers. Develop treaty compliance and implementation plans. Prepare and deliver technical studies, analysis, and documentation using Microsoft Office. Review and assess US Government, DoD, and DoN international reporting and compliance requirements. Review inspection, visit, data exchange, and notification requirements per U.S. laws and agreements. Familiarity with CSBM regimes, conventional weapons, and emerging arms control initiatives. Monitor Navy and Marine Corps databases and websites. Analyze treaties, policies, and nonproliferation agreements. Prepare findings on arms control treaties and policies. Act as Subject Matter Expert on policies impacting arms control and nonproliferation agreements. Utilize the C4I Suite for information management. Assist in preparing instructional products, training plans, and exercises. Maintain and deploy inspection support equipment. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, business, or related field. SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 6 months. 4+ years in arms control, international relations, or national security. Knowledge of authoritative documents and their application.
