Job Summary
Responsible for managing a portfolio of projects and clients within a specific geography, domain, or technology area. The role involves optimizing resource allocation within budget and margin constraints to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality and delivery standards. Key Responsibilities
Plan and oversee Program and Delivery Management to meet deliverables in terms of time, cost, and quality. Contribute to business results, including supporting project acquisition through bid defense and contract/proposal reviews. Coordinate with HR for recruitment and resourcing; guide and develop team members for improved performance and retention. Maintain customer engagement and satisfaction, fostering references and ongoing relationships. Lead process improvement, compliance, and organizational initiatives. Compensation and Benefits
