Senior Accountant - Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including multi-entity environments
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles
Demonstrated experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Deltek, QuickBooks Enterprise, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
Skilled in analyzing indirect costs, project-based financials, and government contract compliance
Ability to generate, analyze, and present financial data (actual, prior, and budget)
Strong organizational and time management abilities to meet deadlines
Senior Accountant - Preferred Qualifications CPA designation or eligibility preferred
Background in government contracting, project-based, or professional services environments
Experience in public accounting or consulting
Familiarity with indirect rate development, intercompany transactions, and consolidations
Proven ability to identify process improvements and implement best practices
