They have a tenured team that has been with the company since its inception, and now they're looking for a Bookkeeper who can help drive continued growth. In this role, you'll wear multiple hats, participate in approval processes, and enjoy a team-oriented environment where your contributions truly matter. What You'll Do as a Bookkeeper: Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions to subsidiary accounts and the general ledger
Summarize details in separate ledgers and transfer data to the general ledger
Handle payroll reconciliations with accuracy and timeliness
Compile reports showing key statistics such as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, profit and loss, and other operational metrics
Complete records through the trial balance as part of your Bookkeeper responsibilities
What the Company Needs in a Bookkeeper: Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Prior experience training staff, with patience and willingness to mentor
Proficiency in QuickBooks and strong computer skills, including file and data management
A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong team spirit
