Participate in networking activities, user groups meetings and develop relationships with decision makers. Negotiate contracts, and facilitate the execution of service agreements. Requirements: Have 5+ years of successful sales in IT Talent (Contract & Full Time Staffing/Recruiting) Solutions. Have experience selling IT Talent Solutions, Professional Services or Staff Augmentation. Have proven relationship and people management skills with high level of professionalism. Have marketing Automation expertise using a combination of Video, Email, Phone, Text. Have sales expertise with prospecting, appointment setting, Applicant Tracking Tools. Compensation: This position offers a competitive compensation package, consisting of a commission based on sales performance.
