Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (associates are welcome)

located in Seattle, WA. The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing treatment plans, providing relationship counseling, managing cases, and collaborating with clients to achieve their goals. The role supports clients on their paths to mental and emotional well-being while maintaining rigorous standards of care.

Qualifications Experience in Treatment Planning and Case Management Expertise in Mental Health and Psychology Skills in Relationship Counseling and providing support for couples and families Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to maintaining ethical and professional standards Knowledge of evidence-based therapy modalities Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field Experience working within diverse communities and populations is a plus
