Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
Match clients with the best-suited tax professional for their needs
Schedule clients how they would like to be scheduled
Help ensure all clients' needs are met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with the team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Your Expertise
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Computer proficient with the ability to use Microsoft Office

Pay Range
Pay Range: $11.00 - $27.00 per hour. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described above.
