What you'll do Help clients by providing service and building relationships
Match clients with the appropriate tax professional
Schedule clients according to their preferences
Ensure clients' needs are met during service in person, over the phone, or virtually
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Other duties as assigned
Your experience High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
Sales/marketing experience
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience
Ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Computer proficient with Microsoft Office

Pay The pay range for this position is listed below. Local minimum wage laws apply. Individual pay decisions depend on factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and location. Eligible associates may participate in incentive plans and benefits described above.
