We are seeking an HR Associate with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices. Your responsibilities will include managing HR tickets, connecting HR programs and services to employees, and assisting with various HR functions to ensure a seamless and efficient employee experience. Job Responsibilities: Triage HR tickets: assign and tag tickets, and schedule tickets to other team members and do follow ups to ensure tickets are completed on time.
Updating onboarding and offboarding tickets in the HR board
Keeping employee files and database updated.
Uploading of employee documents in Rippling and the HR Shared folder.
Respond to UI Claims and employment verifications for active employees.
Processing of COE's.
Preparing necessary forms and processing.
Assist in Level I tickets as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Job KPIs: 100% New Tickets Triaged within 30 minutes on weekdays
100% assigned ticket is completed within schedule
100% assigned ticket is updated daily (external update)
50% Connectwise Utilization (>4h daily time entry)
Job Qualifications: At least 6 months of experience relevant to the position.
Degree in Human Resources or related field (BS/BA Psychology).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer literate – familiarity with Microsoft office and ticketing tools is a plus.
Meticulous attention to detail.
High level of integrity.
Job Requirements: A home office set up that meets the following:
A working computer (minimum 8gb RAM), i5 Windows10 or BigSur for Mac
Stable internet connection (at least 5mbps download and upload)
HD webcam/camera
A quality headset with noise cancellation feature for meetings
A mobile phone that has the capacity to install the Microsoft Authentication app
A very strong cultural fit the ITS way (Our core values will be discussed during the interview)
Excellent command of the English language both spoken and written
Able to work full time 40 hours a week - 8AM to 5PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) from Monday to Friday.
Able to pass our online behavior and cognitive assessments.
Able to provide NBI Clearance (for PH applicants)
Compensation: Pay rate starts at $3.75/hour and vary by experience and location.
